Collaborating with Wofford in The Village Senior Housing

Located within walking distance of downtown Spartanburg, Wofford College is a liberal arts college known for its strong academic program, outstanding faculty, study abroad participation and successful graduates. To support their students in the transition after college, Wofford offers The Village apartments: colorful, modern senior housing equipped with a full kitchen. Wofford College reached out to Hodge Floors to update the floors throughout the houses in The Village.

We always love working on improving the comfort, look and effectiveness of educational institutions. The Village at Wofford College is no exception, and our team has been hard at work knocking out floors for the first 19 of 38 buildings this summer (phase two starts next summer). With four apartments in each building, it’s a big project and requires a coordinated effort.
