New Floors for Three District 3 Schools

Our team at Hodge Floors has worked on a number of renovation projects for Spartanburg School Districts, including a Clifdale Middle School renovation in 2021.

This past summer, 2022, General Contractor, Harper General Contractors led an ambitious task for District 3 Schools: in just eight weeks renovate several schools from top to bottom. For our part, we would provide and install all new floors for three District 3 schools, which included Cannons Elementary, Cowpens Elementary and Broome High School.

We knew it would be a big job, but our team at Hodge Floors is always up for a challenge.

Working to install the vision of the creative design team at McMillan Pazdan Smith, we dove right in and provided and installed a total of 263,000 square feet of floors in just 8 weeks! Whew!

The flooring products selected were Shaw, Milliken and Mohawk Carpets. We also used a mixture of Mohawk and Milliken Luxury Vinyl Tile.

Our team at Hodge Floors is so pleased with the finished results of these District 3 Schools. Each school feels vibrant, colorful and ready for their students!
