Hodge Floors provided all of the flooring for the newly opened Sports Medicine Institute, a branch of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System located in the Upward Star Center in Spartanburg. The center is staffed with board-certified doctors who specialize in sports medicine, pulmonary medicine, cardiopulmonary exercise and orthopedic surgery—including spine surgery and joint replacement. The center also is home to physical therapists who are experts in sports medicine and rehabilitation. Due to the way the center will be used by doctors and patients alike, they had very specific needs for flooring.

The flooring provided by Hodge Floors is stylish, yet very durable and easy to clean and care for—important traits for a medical facility. The tile was installed in a pattern, custom cut by our skilled installers. Of particular note is the rubber flooring in the rehab area, installed so that patients can perform their rehab by following the visual elements in the floor. Hodge Floors has been partnering with Spartanburg Medical Center for many years, and we are particularly proud of this project.
