It was a chilly winter night as Downtown Spartanburg hosted its annual “Dickens of a Christmas,” but warmth filled the air as carolers sang familiar holiday tunes and the Spartanburg Christmas tree began to sparkle its annual lights. For our Hodge Floors family, this is the moment that stirs the giddy feeling of holiday happiness ahead…while bringing back sweet nostalgia from the past.
We love holiday traditions. Thinking back on our own evokes memories of a roaring fire in the fireplace and decorating the Christmas tree, baking cookies with Mom and watching football. Over the years, like you, we’ve added new traditions while holding dear some of the old ones.
