Over the past year, Hodge Floors has worked alongside administrators from Spartanburg District 7, as well as designer Lynne Wilson from McMillan Pazdan Smith, to provide beautiful, functional and budget-friendly flooring for the new Spartanburg High School.
Looking back on 55 years of Hodge Floors, we are reflecting on generations past. Ours is a business that started with our grandfather Charles B. Hodge going from farm to farm on horse and buggy to sell his wares and from his store, Hodge Dry Goods.
During this time of uncertainty with coronavirus causing our lives to feel shaky, it’s nice to focus on the people, places and businesses that truly anchor our community. Long-standing local businesses become a part of the fabric here.

Looking back on 55 years of Hodge Floors, we are reflecting on generations past. The origins of our family-owned business began almost a century ago with our grandfather, and his dream.
For over 30 years, Hodge Floors has had a tradition of supporting Spartanburg’s Mobile Meals program, an organization that delivers hot meals to over 1500 shut-ins and homebound neighbors in our area.
When Dr. Fletcher of Boiling Springs Dentistry asked us to partner with them again on the new location for his team’s office, we were thrilled! Dr. Fletcher and his team reached out to Hodge Floors to design and install flooring that would compliment the look and feel of their new office.
